On Saturday, May 7, 2011, Napa Valley Museum will host the American Folk Art Festival from noon until 5pm. The festival will feature a smattering of folk art dealers and artists who will display and sell their pieces. Items include authentic folk art weathervanes, game boards and dolls in addition to art fashioned from recycled materials and colorful folk art paintings.
Don’t miss meeting Napa native Jack Roads who has been featured on shows like The Martha Stewart Show for his Halloween folk art.
Appetizers and refreshments from the Laird Family Estate wines will be served. Additionally, local musicians, “Now & Then”, will treat guests to live folk music.
